The New Zealand Warriors were admitted to the Australian Rugby League competition in 1995 as the Auckland Warriors during a period of expansion. The Warriors signed a number of established international stars, and narrowly missed the finals in their first year in the league.
The Warriors jumped to the breakaway Super League competition, and spent several seasons changing their roster as they looked for success. Rebranded as the New Zealand Warriors, the club first made the Grand Final in 2002, in the fifth season of the National Rugby League competition.
Relive each year of the New Zealand Warriors in a round by round account of the premier rugby league competition. Including statistical information, this is a must for rugby league fans everywhere.
