THE DEELEY PROJECT

In early 2016, Parallel Partners implemented a grant under the banner of The Deeley Project, to assist rural students with their transition to higher education. The grant was specifically designed to help students in the fields of animal science and agriculture.

Local Publisher Sponsors New Educational Grant

After consultation with Crookwell High School's careers advisor Stephanie Needham, Melissa Jackson was selected as the inaugural winner of the grant. Melissa was accepted into the Bachelor of Equine Science programme at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga.
