Parallel Partners Books is owned and operated by Parallel Partners.  By using this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions; effective January 14, 2015.

Liability

Parallel Partners is not liable for merchandise lost or damaged through the shipping process.  All shipping of merchandise can be traced through a unique reference number provided by Australia Post. 

Personal Information

By purchasing products from Parallel Partners, you agree to the collection and storage of your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling transactions.  Your information will not be shared with any third party at any time without your express permission.

REFUNDS

The buyer cannot reject goods if thrown away, damaged, lost or destroyed through no fault of the supplier, Parallel Partners, after delivery to the buyer, in accordance with the NSW Fair Trading Act, 1987.

All merchandise is manufactured and sold from Australia; and Parallel Partners is also located wholly within Australia.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia will be via standard Australia Post services.  All merchaandise will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

International shipping will by via Australia Post sea mail services which will be approximately 28 days, unless otherwise requested at point of sale.  All international deliveries will occur in accordance with each individual country's laws, including any taxes and/or customes duties, or any other payments; which whill be paid by the buyer.

Collection

By purchasing from Parallel Partners, you agree to the collection and storage of your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling transactions.  All information regarding personal financial details will be deleted and destroyed upon completion of each transaction.
