NFL – WEEK THIRTEEN

The New Orleans Saints tasted defeat for just the second time this season, going down 13-10 to the Dallas Cowboys.  The Saints remain a heartbeat away from clinching NFC South Division, while Dallas are on top of NFC East. 

The Chicago bears remain on top of NFC North, despite going down 30-27 to the New York Giants in a major upset.  It was just the fourth win of the season for the Giants.  In NFC West, the Los Angeles Rams are looking forward to the playoffs, but continued their good form with a comfortable 30-16 victory over the Detroit Lions.

The Kansas City Chiefs moved a win closer to securing the AFC West Divisional Title with a 40-33 win over the Oakland Raiders.  The Los Angeles Chargers are still a chance of finishing ahead of the Chiefs, staying in touch with a heart stopping 33-30 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.  The Steelers remain on top of AFC North, just ahead of the Baltimore Ravens, who beat the Atlanta Falcons by 26-16.

The Houston Texans beat the Cleveland Browns 29-13 to stay on top of AFC South, but still haven’t completely shaken off the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans.  In AFC East, the New England Patriots look set for another season in the playoffs, following their 24-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
