NFL – WEEK NINE

November 6, 2018

The eight game winning streak of the Los Angeles Rams has finally come to an end.  The Rams went down 45-35 to the New Orleans Saints, who remain on top of NFC South.  Alvin Kamara scored two touchdowns for the Saints.

The Kansas City Chiefs stay on top of AFC West following their 37-21 win over the Cleveland Browns.  The Chiefs remain ahead of the Los Angeles Chargers, who returned from a bye week to defeat the Seattle Seahawks by 25-17.

The New England Patriots won for the seventh time this season, beating Green Bay 31-17.  The Packers have had their worst start to a season since 2005, and look unlikely to make the playoffs, despite the best efforts of Aaron Rodgers.

The Houston Texans have won their sixth straight game, with a hard fought 19-17 victory over the Denver Broncos.  It is the first time the Texans have won six in a row since 2012.
