ALEX DE MINAUR IS AUSTRALIA’S NEW TOP MEN’S SINGLES PLAYER

Alex De Minaur is Australia’s new top men’s singles player.  The 19 year old rose five places in the ATP rankings to move to number 33, one place above John Millman.  Australia’s former number one, Nick Kyrgios, dropped eleven places from 27 to 38.

Other Australians in the top 100 are Matt Ebden at 51, Bernard Tomic at 85, and Jason Kubler at 91.  Jordan Thompson sits at number 105, but Thanasi Kokkinakis continues to slide.  The 22 year old dropped to number 196.
